finally...
long time no blog le..cause last time dunno why they change the blogger system to a new one..then the html template also change..so could not change my skin..even if can also those very sucky kind..but now can le..thanks to my meimei liting..haha..thank u so much..a big part why i nvr blog so long is cause of the skin...just cannot stand it..now i gonna blog like mad...muahahah... hmm..as u all noe frm my msn nick lately..been feeling kinda stressed up lately..now i shall blog bout it...(so tat ppl can stop asking me why i so stress) well it goes like this..its all gotta do with my ns work...my company just changed out csm bout 3 mths ago..back then he was very on the ball..quite understandable lar..since he's new so must work a little ya noe..my colleagus and i all tot he will tone down a little as time goes by..by boy were we wrong..he started to get worst. now he starts threatening all of us with xtras(extra duty on weekends so we cannot book out) one small thing and get xtra..it put us in a situation where we find it very hard to work..cause we worry too much getting punished we simply cannot work efficiently. .wads worst is tat everyone has a secondary appointment..and for me...is in charge of all the weapons and the paperwork tat goes with it(believe me..its ALOT of paperwork). my csm is very particular about the weapons..cannot be rusty must be in tip top condition..this alone is very hard to maintain...plus all the paperwork..one line not drawn straight and u prepare to get punished...and now he checks the paperwork on a daily basis putting me with alot of stress.. on top of tat..i have my regimental duties to do as well..when i am doin my regimental duty..he loads me with more work..weapon paperwork..work he gives to other ppl to do i also must ensure..i feel its not within my job scope to do all this stuff..u give other ppl to do..ask him to ensure and report back to u...not other ppl ensure..think tats not right..its just adding to other ppl's work load..and dun tell me things to do with weapons when i doin regimental duty..i have lots to do with the duty alone and he continues to load me with work..(ok..now i sound like i am toking to him face to face).. bottom line is..he seems to not understand the situation he has put us in..the stress..the pressure..the inability for us to work well...our officer commanding has noticed this and noes of the situation..think he has also spoken to the csm..however nothing has been changed so far..its just getting worst.. well..now u all understand wad i am goin through at work..he has alreadi warned me..another mistake and tats it..xtras coming my way..i am alreadi at my limit..sometimes i feel as if my stress level is gonna burst through my head..but i think tats life..just have to live with it... yup..sorrie if my entry is like a braggin session..but tats wads happening to me now..just hope someone does something before something bad happens..
